I want to thank Lord Beelzebub for helping me out during my hard times because I needed help when I first bought my condo and had no other help. I invoked Beelzebub and asked him to help me get approved for my rental for 2 years because I needed to save enough money to be able to pay my mortgage after 2 years and there was a rental restriction. So I asked Beelzebub to help me to get approved for a roommate and instead he just made the premier of BC lifted the restrictions on rentals for condos in BC. Thank goodness for that. The sign that he gave me was a news article that was relayed to me by my friend who was also a real estate agent.
I couldn't have been more happier. It has also been 6 weeks since I have heard anything from the property manager or strata council of my building. So it is a good sign that things are going my way. Thank you very much Lord Beelzebub for your help. Hail Beelzebub!
